Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with each member of the team and congratulated them on their stupendous success. BCCI President Roger Binny and Secretary Jai Shah were present on this occasion.

After meeting Prime Minister Modi, Team India left for Mumbai, where the BCCI has organized a 1 kilometer victory march from Nariman Point to Wankhede, after which a felicitation ceremony has been organized at the Wankhede Stadium.
